Keep your children safe by using the list below as reference.
Before your children head out the door for the playground, check that:
Supervision is present, but strings and ropes aren’t
Adult presence is needed to watch for potential hazards. Observe, intercede and facilitate play when necessary. Strings on clothing or ropes used for play can cause
accidental strangulation if caught on equipment.
All children play on age-appropriate equipment
Preschoolers, ages 2 - 5, and children ages 5 - 12, are developmentally different and need different equipment located in separate areas to keep the playground safe
and fun for all.
Falls are cushioned
Nearly 70% of all playground injuries are related to falls. Acceptable surfaces include hardwood fiber/mulch, pea gravel, sand and synthetic materials
such as poured-in-place, rubber mats or tiles. Playground surfaces should not be concrete, asphalt, grass, blacktop, packed dirt or rocks.
Equipment is safe
Check to make sure the equipment is anchored safely in the ground, all equipment pieces are in good working order, S-hooks are entirely closed, bolts are not protruding,
there are no exposed footings and wirings, etc.

Long time did not manage to took Nasi Dagang already, it use to be a delecacy that i can easily buy from the street in Kuantan, but now in KL seldom you got place that is selling, and even they sell the taste will be a bit different.
Yesterday after my swim, i manage to locate this in Jaya Jusco, i bought a pack back and this morning i reheat it in microwave and the taste is ok, though it is a bit different with the one in East Coast, but still acceptable..
I use to cook nasi dagang too back in Kuantan, later on i will share the recipe with you guys

I did not came across the need of this offline / standalone installation pack until i help my colleague install in her computer. Due to that particular time, her internet (Maxis Broadband) setting was set wrongly, and the speed that is achievable is only EDGE, damn bloody slow…

You could save someone’s life!
Blood is a medicine that can only be given from one person to another - no other source is currently available. Volunteer blood donors are needed on a daily basis to give blood for the thousands of patients who need it.
Reduce the chance of heart diseases
It has been observed that increase in blood iron level increases the chance of heart disease. Iron is involved in the oxidation of cholesterol and this process is believed to be detrimental for the arteries. Increases blood iron level favors this process of cholesterol oxidation and thus leads to heart disease. Regular blood donation helps especially males in loosing iron on regular basis. It helps in reducing the chance of heart attack to one third.
Enhance the production of new Red Blood Cells
As the blood is withdrawn from the donors body there is decrease in blood cells. To replenish it, immediately new cells are produced by the marrow and this way blood gets refreshed. Therefore donating blood helps in stimulating generation of new blood cells.
Helps in fighting hemochromitosis
Hemochromitosis is a genetic disorder; also known as iron overload disorder wherein iron accumulates in the body tissue because of improper iron metabolism. This condition may lead to organ damage.
Burns calories
One can diet or remain fit by donating blood regularly. One pint of blood (450 ml) when donated burns 650 calories in the donor’s body.
Basic blood test is done
Apart from all these benefits a donor gets a mini blood test done before donating blood. This includes Hematocrit i.e. HB level test, Blood pressure is measured and body weight is checked.

Water is a precious commodity and we all rely on it for survival. Learning how to conserve and protect water can help insure that there will be enough for people, fish and wildlife, and river ecosystems. Being a little more thoughtful about your water use can also save lots of money on your monthly household bills so here are some tips to save water and help the environment.
BATHROOM
Shaving and Brushing your Teeth
· Turn the water off while you shave and brush your teeth to save more than 100 gallons a week.
Bathing
· Take a quick shower instead of taking a bath. Keep your showers under 5 minutes long and save up to 1000 gallons of water each month.
· Turn the water off while soaping and shampooing.
Showerheads/Faucets
· Install low flow aerators (available at your local hardware store) on your faucets and showerheads.
Leaks
· Listen for dripping faucets and toilets that run. Fix leaks as soon as possible. A leaky faucet that drips at a rate of one drop per second can waste up to 2,700 gallons a year. Did you know that you can have a leak you can’t even hear? A silent toilet leak can waste as much as 500 gallons a day. According to the EPA, 14% of the water the typical homeowner pays for is never used because it leaks down the drain.
Toilets
· Never use the toilet as a wastebasket, since that usually leads to more flushing.
· Replace old leaky toilets with new more efficient models or adapt existing toilets to conserve water. For example, you can save water every time you flush by filling a plastic bottle with water and placing in your toilet tank. (Make sure that the bottle is plastic, and that it does not interfere with the flushing mechanisms). The bottle will displace the water level in the tank, and the toilet will require less water for future flushes.
KITCHEN
Defrosting Frozen Foods
· Do not use running water to defrost frozen foods. Instead, place items in the refrigerator to thaw overnight.
Washing Dishes by Hand
· Fill one sink with wash water and the other with rinse water instead of letting the water run while washing.
· Use environmentally friendly dishwashing cleaners, and check the label to make sure that the cleaners are phosphate-free.
· Consider soaking hard-to-clean pots and pans overnight instead of letting the water run while scrubbing them clean.
Rinsing produce
· Place a pan in the sink to collect water while rinsing produce, and reuse it to water house plants.
Cleaning the Kitchen
· Choose an environmentally friendly all-purpose cleaner instead of buying many different specific cleaners.
· Never throw chemicals down the drain because they can eventually contaminate our rivers and groundwater.
Composting
· Garbage disposals require a lot of water to operate, and they can add up to 50% of the solid waste in our sewer lines. Start a compost pile with food scraps, and help limit the amount of solids in our sewer lines and landfills. Use this rich soil to fertilize your garden.
LAUNDRY ROOM
Washing Clothes
· Only run the washing machine when full and use phosphate- free detergents.
· Consider replacing old washing machines with newer more efficient models. Look for the yellow “Energy Star” label when comparing new models.
· Pre-treat stains to avoid needing to rewash clothing.
· Check hoses frequently for leaks and fix immediately.
· If your washing machine has a water volume setting, keep it at the minimum level.
Chemicals/ Cleaning
· Consider buying one all- purpose cleaner instead of buying many different specific cleaners. Better yet, look for the environmentally friendly cleaning agent alternatives that are now available at most grocery stores.
Make sure that everyone in your household knows where the master water shut- off valve is located. Turning the water off quickly if a pipe bursts can save gallons of water and minimize the damage to your home.

我知道我这样写,可能的罪很多人,可是那些人被人骂,甚至被人骂了过后也是没有感觉的。。。。
比猪还要笨的动物就是…那些因为”汽油起价“的传闻而排长龙到油站添油的马来西亚人。。。。
他妈的，你有没有想过，你排队1个小时多有些比较幸运，30分钟就好了。。。。添满整桶汽油，你有没有减去你汽车IDLE时用了多少汽油和时间？你知不知道你笨蛋的行为害到我12点凌晨回家还得塞车。。。
给你添到汽油又怎样？难道要是他要起价，就起价不成吗？
你们害到我骑车只有2格的人要添加汽油都不可以。。。。你们根本就是笨蛋。。。没有脑，添满了一桶过后难道你的汽车汽油就永远那个价钱吗?
你们根本没有想一想，给你用那些时间来赚钱的话，我看你赚回来的金钱可以添购两桶新价钱（要是真的起价）的汽油。。。
好无奈，马来西亚是个出产Kiasu Kiasi的笨蛋的国家。。。。

My DIY pigeon barrier is almost done, another 40 more percent then it will be fully accomplished. due to DIY it might not look as good as it is, but it will definitely get the job done.
Just cant wait to continue it tomorrow, but hopefully pigeon dont come to shit in my balcony tonight if not tomorrow morning i will still have to wash before continue the netting..
Really hate pigeon and wonder, why there are so many house, why mine? those that cage you and set trap to catch you, why don’t you shit there, why shit at my place.. fcuk la…
if my netting dont work, the next thing i will do would be, implement global netting to bbq all of you … even i dont eat it, i bet the doggie here will be interested in bbq pigeon…

My war with pigeon will start very very soon…
Either party… only 1 will be the survival (obviously it will be either myself or the pigeons)
I came home around 10 something, and look at my balcony, the pile of pigeon dropping increases when i peep out, funny thing i did not found any pigeon, but later on as when i need to go to my bathroom, i heard some noise, immediately i look up, and TA DA…. the pigeon is so comfy standing on top of my air condition compressor and shitting on it..
Bloody hell… their parents didn’t teach them not to simply shit around… gosh…. no matter what i do they will fly away and come back again and fly way and come back when you are not around…… gosh, more irritating than you working in the office
I manage to chase the other away and left this 3, they are so blinking stubborn and typically they are not scared about human… i was wondering my food poisoning worsen as compared to my bosses and so on, is it because of them.
My end day resolution, bring my FUMAKILA MOSQUITOE OIL (H2O based) spray at them, yet they still remain standing there unmoved, until the wind helped me blow the H2O based mosquitoe oil towards them, then only they start to fly away, after they move away, i spray more on the aircondition compressor and home that they don come back tonight.
This saturday will be the final battle… gosh, this is the first time that i have to hire bird control in my life to chase pigeon and prevent them coming. If i dont think of something faster, i bet i will die at the end of the day and they are the final survival to get the 1Million Ringgit.

Have you tried assemble your PC before?
Assemble PC had been fun, you can choose the processor you like, the motherboard, what type of display card, your Memory Capacity, Sound Card as well as the capacity of Harddrive.
There are many built-to-ship manufacturer nowadays which i do not want to mention any of their name here…. Those manufacturer gather public info and built something for thhe market, but do you think this model work (as most of the time, either the one you bought is not powerful enough, or too powerful)
No doubt there are also built-to-order manufacturer (if you know who i am talking about) this manufacturer allowed you to customize most of the components in the system before building and shipping it out to you.
What ever it is, you are missing the most fun part, that is to assembly your own machine.
Having to DIY, you have many options, to DIY your Gaming PC, Business PC as well as Basic PC.
Easy as my PC allowed you to built / assemble yuor own PC. According to them which is very true come to think about it — If you can use a screwdriver, you can save $100’s of dollars on a computer. (I totally agree when it comes to gaming performance Series as the Built to Ship manufacturer do not have such specs that suits everybody needs, except the Built to Order manufacturer)
In their site, you can get to choose which series of machine you need, and all the machine comes with Fully Illustrated assembly guide (which makes assemble more friendly and lifely)
Certain items are fixed, such as processor, Hard Drive, and RAM, but you have the option to choose your Operating System, Monitor, Second Graphic Card, Second Optical Drive, Modem, TV Card, Media Card Reader as well as FDD.
The most important thing is that upon delivery, you are to required to assemble the sets yourself.
Most importantly all their parts are guarantee by manufacturer. I had not see the actual ship out unit, but i would say this should be something fun to do especially when you are bored with those Built to Ship sets that is already available in the market.
